Not just “SAFETY COMPASS”; RIVA E MARIANI has also integrated other periodic actions in order to achieve continuous improvement of HSE behaviors.
For instance, the company newsletter calledRi.Ma.ni in Sicurezza (Riva and Mariani in Sicurezza) which after some restylings in design and content, is now a real “HSE Journal”.

During 2021, 5 Safety Tours were carried out (Sannazzaro, Mantua, Ravenna, Priolo and Gela) in the precence of the CEO, all 4 DLS, the R.SP.P., the S.P.P. and site supervisors.
The day takes place with a welcome greeting, an inspection in the construction site area and in the workshops of the same. Following an inspection to observe the activities on site, a final briefing with all the site personnel to share what has beenobserved and renewal corporate commitments on HSE and Sustainability issues.
A DAY AS SITE SUPERVISOR
Throughout 2021, the 4 DLS had shared their time on a work site alongside a supervisor of their choice, who volunteered for the whole day, with the aim of sharing together the work experiences of a classic day of work thus implementing an exchange path on technical and relational skills oriented to HSE themes.
In 2021 has been put in place the iniatitive that involves the exchange of job place for the employees of A.S.P.P. team. Movingfrom a job site to another, they enhaced their abilities and opened their vision while learning different procedures and gainingskills.
HSE PERIODIC CALL
Sharing experiences, whether positive or negative as well as comparing them to the clients view, is the first step to a new vision of HSE culture.
Since march 31,2021 We have organized weekly meetings known as «Periodic HSE Call» wich involved the precence of the chairman, the CEO and the entire company management
The Chairman and CEO, all the DLS, the RSPP and all the SPP, all the Supervisors (site managers and deputies) and the RLS attend the call.
Subsequently, the representatives of the job sites carry out a briefing on the covered topics.

Since 2019 the corporate security championship is carried out through a series of challenges with the aim to:
- obtain loyalty in the player-worker;
- create a sense of belonging as a team;
- develop the ability to solve problems with the help of others driven by a shared goal.
