As a leading company in the industrial plant engineering sector, we are aware that our success largely depends on the competence and dedication of our collaborators, as well as on results-oriented company culture.
This awareness gave rise to the HR project “The Values That Make Riva & Mariani Great“. It is our firm belief that the key to the success of Riva & Mariani lies in the understanding, support and promotion of the values that set us apart. Every individual within the organisation plays a fundamental role in shaping and disseminating these values, as they are the foundation upon which we build our path to excellence.
The objective of our project
Improving company performance is closely linked to the development of a solid set of values that can motivate and engage all employees in a journey of growth and continuous improvement.
To whom it is adressed
The project is addressed to all different categories of workers in Riva & Mariani, from the Site Manager and workers at peripheral branches to headquarters employees and all external stakeholders.
The pillars that guide our work

We have identified the 6 values that guide our daily work:

The values are established in the medium-long term
To achieve the set objectives, we have developed the Values project on a medium-long-term timeline, adopting various tools and communication channels.
The kick-off of the project begins with the distribution of the Riva & Mariani Values Manual to employees and various stakeholders, followed by in-depth discussions on social media through videos and content posts.
