RIVA & MARIANI, in fulfillment of the obligations imposed by Legislative Decree 24/2023 – which implemented Directive (EU) 2019/1937 (Whistleblowing Directive), has established an internal reporting channel that guarantees, including through encryption tools, the confidentiality of the identity of the reporting person, the reported person and the person in any case mentioned in the report, as well as the content of the report and related documentation.
